New Party Sakigake

The New Party Sakigake (Japanese新党 さきがけ, Shinto Sakigake; around New Party Harbinger, . Engl New Party Harbinger, NPH) was formed in June 1993, little cleavage of members of the Liberal Democratic Party ( LDP) led by Masayoshi Takemura.
