New Sensor Corporation, headquartered in New York ( Headquarters: 32-33 47th Avenue, Long Iceland, NY 11101, United States) is a manufacturer of electron tubes, effect pedals and tube amplifiers for musical instruments. The company was founded in the late 1960s by entrepreneur Mike Matthews and is still privately owned.

New sensor also includes the brands Sovtek and Electro -Harmonix. The latter was also originally founded as an independent company by Mike Matthews in the late 1960s. In the late 1990s, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, New Sensor took over the trademark and manufacturing facility ExpoPul / Sovtek ( a former industrial complex ) in Saratov, Russia. These are also used by New Sensor tubes to their own house brand Electro-Harmonix to produce.
