New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation

The New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation (abbreviated NZIHF, also: Ice Hockey New Zealand) is the national hockey association of New Zealand. Since 1977, the NZIHF is a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation IIHF. The association consists of three regional associations, also it is under the New Zealand national ice hockey team, which participates in international tournaments since 1987. In addition, the New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation since 2005 organized the New Zealand Ice Hockey League.
