A Feed Reader (English about " feed reader " or " InputReader "), even aggregator (English as "collector" ) is a computer program for reading and viewing news feeds, which are usually offered in RSS or Atom formats.

The most widely used feed formats are RSS and Atom. The data provided in these formats are queried by feedreader software typically at certain time intervals via an Internet connection.
