Newstead Abbey

Newstead Abbey is a stately home in Nottinghamshire in England. Originally the building was a seat of the Augustinian order, then came into the possession of the noble family of Byron and was inherited in 1798 by the famous English poet Lord Byron. Today is located in the building a museum with memorabilia of the writer.
