Nicholas Monroe

Benjamin Nicholas Monroe ( born April 12, 1982 in Oklahoma City ) is an American tennis player.

Career

Nicholas Monroe plays mainly on the ATP Challenger Tour in doubles. He previously won seven titles with different partners. In individual he succeeded so far been no victory in this category, but he has already won eleven times in tournaments of the ITF Futures Tour, a lower category than the ATP Challenger Tour. In recent years he has continuously improved its ranking position in a double and managed in 2012 made ​​it into the Top 100, which enabled him also participation in tournaments on the ATP World Tour. So he reached the U.S. Open in 2012 with his partner Donald Young, the second round after the duo have received a wildcard.
