Nick Searcy
Nick Searcy ( born March 7, 1959 in Cullowhee, North Carolina ) is an American actor.
Life and achievements
Searcy made his debut in 1990 in the TV drama abysses of life. In the same year he starred in the racing film Days of Thunder, a small supporting role opposite Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman. In 1994, he appeared in several episodes of the television series Thunder Alley alongside Haley Joel Osment and played the role of Sheriff Todd Peterson, whose wife Mary Nell first Kellty ( Jodie Foster) helps in the film drama Nell. In Desert Winds 1995 he took over a larger role on the side of Heather Graham.
In Paradise Falls, he worked not only as an actor but could also director and film producer. For this work he won the 1998 Hollywood Discovery Award at the Hollywood Film Festival and the Southeastern Media Award at the Atlanta Film Festival. From 1998 to 2001 he was in the television series Seven Days - To see the gate to the time when Nathan Ramsey. In The Assassination of Richard Nixon, he played a major role alongside Sean Penn and Naomi Watts in 2004. Since 2010 he plays in the television series Justified a starring role as Chief Deputy Art Mullen.
Searcy is married to actress Leslie Riley since 1986.
