Nick Warren

Nick Warren is an English house DJ and music producer. He is known for his eight albums that have been released on the record label Global Underground and as a member of the duo Way Out West. He is also "Head of A & R" for his own label Hope Recordings.

Life

1988 Nick Warren began his career in Bristol. Initially he played mainly reggae and independent music to house in England became very popular. The early 90s, he was already one of the most famous DJs in Bristol and laid on a regular basis at Super Club.

While working in a record store in 1994 year he met the producer Jody Wisternoff know and decided after a short time working with him. Their first collaboration was the track " Paradise is the Sound", which was "sub- version 3" released under the artist name. Warren describes Wisternoff as more technically savvy producers in direct comparison to himself

Mid-90s began his resident activity in Liverpool dance club Cream. In 1997 he had the first time mix the way the mix compilation for the label Global Underground. The album " Global Underground 003: Prague " is a live set from Prague's appearance during his tour. Furthermore, it should make more mix albums for Global Underground.

With Way Out West he could initially not place a great success. It was concluded a contract for three albums with the record label Distintc'ive Records.

For his studio work, Nick Warren uses Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, and sometimes on his Macintosh.
