Nicklas Helenius (2011)
Nicklas Helenius Jensen (born 8 May 1991 Svenstrup ) is a Danish footballer who plays for the English first division club Aston Villa.
Career
Youth
Nicklas Helenius began playing football in the youth of Svenstrup - Godthåb IF, before moving to the next generation of Aalborg BK. In his last year for the offspring he also came to some inserts for the second team, in which he also scored two goals.
Association
Nicklas Helenius was born on 16 May 2010 on his debut in professional football when he came on Matchday 33 of the Super Ligaen against HB Køge in the 78th minute for Mathias Wichmann. Nicklas Helenius and three other players were henceforth in the new season for the senior squad. In June 2010, Nicklas Helenius extended his contract until 2014. Late August 2010, he took with the second team participated in a reserve team tournament. In the game against league rival Silkeborg IF he scored a goal.

At the beginning of the year he came for the Danish U- 21 team to use. His debut celebrated on January 20, 2011, when he stood in the 3-0 win against Qatar in the starting XI and was replaced at the beginning of the second half for Matti Lund Nielsen. On September 6, 2011, he scored in qualifying for the U -21 Football Championship in 2013 his first goal. In the first game, a 3-0 win against Northern Ireland, Helenius scored the 1-0.
On 28 March 2011 Helenius made his debut for the Danish U-20 national team, when he took against the age group counterparties from Portugal. In his debut, he came from the beginning to use and was replaced in the 79th minute only for Saban Özdogan. On 31 May 2011 he scored his first goal for the age group when he scored the 1-0 in the 2-1 victory against Austria. The application was also his second and final use for the Danes.
For Denmark's national team Helenius came for the first time on August 15, 2012 for the application. In a 1:3 friendly match defeat against Slovakia he came off the bench for the second half for Nicklas Bendtner. In November 2012 his second deployment came during a friendly match in Turkey.
