Nicola Loda
Nicola Loda ( born July 27, 1971 in Brescia) was an Italian professional road bicycle racer.
Career
Nicola Loda began his career in 1994 at the Cycling Team GB -MG Maglificio. The following year he took part in the Tour de France for the first time already. His first professional success he enjoyed in 1999 at the Tour of Denmark with a stage victory. Then he moved to Fassa Bortolo, where he won one stage in the Tour de Luxembourg and the Midi Libre for itself in its first year. In the 2003 season he could again win a stage of the Tour de Luxembourg. He then drove a year for Tenax. 2005 and 2006 drove for the Italian UCI ProTeam Loda Liquigas- Bianchi and finished after his career as a professional cyclist.
