Nicolas Besch

Nicolas Besch ( born October 25, 1984 in Le Havre ) is a French ice hockey player standing since 2011 with KS Cracovia in the Polish Ekstraliga under contract.

Career

Nicolas Besch began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of the Dragons de Rouen, for their first team, he was from 2001 to 2007 in the Ligue Magnus, the highest French league, active. With its team of defenders was very successful during this period. 2003 and 2006, he came with French champion Rouen, in the years 2002, 2004 and 2005, he jewann with the team each case the Coupe de France, the national cup competition.

For the season 2007/ 08 Besch first went abroad and played for the Leksand IF and Nyköpings HK HockeyAllsvenskan, the Swedish second division, as well as for the Finnish second division Vaasan Sport in Mestis. He spent the following season in Mestis, but this time at Mikkelin Jukurit. After the French had played in the Ligue Magnus for Brûleurs de Loups de Grenoble in the season 2009 /10 he joined for the 2010/11 season again the Finnish second division Mikkelin Jukurit on.

For the 2011/12 season the longtime national team of KS Cracovia in the Polish Ekstraliga was committed.

Internationally

For France Besch took part in the junior level at the U18 Junior C World Cup in 2002 and the U20 Junior B World Cup 2004. In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the B World Championships in 2005, 2006 and 2007, and at the A World Championships 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
