Nicolas Burtin
Nicolas Burtin ( born January 15, 1972 in Bonneville ) is a French former alpine skier.
Burtin was a member of the French national ski team since 1992 and played in his career 98 World Cup races, including 84 in the downhill, super-G and 13 in a single giant slalom. The only World Cup victory of his career he reached in March 1998 on the descent in Kvitfjell. Three more times he finished second. In 1994, he finished sixth in the Olympic downhill in Kvitfjell. In 1998 he became French champion in the downhill. He played his last race in January 2006.
His younger brother Raphael Burtin was also a member of the French national ski team.
