Nicolás Gaston Navarro ( born March 25, 1985 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine football goalkeeper.

Career

Association

Nicolás Navarro began with the club football in the youth of Argentinos Juniors and from 2004 was part of the professional team. Here he played until the winter of 2007 and then moved to the Italian first division club SSC Napoli. While he could still play regularly in his first season, he was singled out in his second season and then loaned to the Argentine club River Plate CA.

In 2010 he then moved back to his first club Argentinos Juniors and played here a season consistently.

For the season 2011/12 he moved to Turkey for Süper Lig club Kayserispor. Here he immediately became the first goalkeeper in his first season and made 29 league games.

National

Navarro took part in the Junior World Cup in 2005 and was with his team world champion. During the tournament, he came to three stakes.

He also participated with the Argentine Olympic team at the Summer Olympics in 2008, he did not play. His team won the gold medal.
