Nicolo Corradini

Nicolò Corradini ( born October 20, 1964 in Castello -Molina di Fiemme ) is a former Italian ski orienteers.

Corradini, who competed for the club Gruppo Sportivo Fiamme Oro, won between 1994 and 2000 four world titles in ski orienteering. On the way home World Cup in 1994 in the Val di Non, he won the short- distance races, along with the Russian Ivan Kuzmin and the long distance races. In the relay, the Italian quartet with Enzo Macor, Luigi Girardi, Corradini and Marco Selle missed a medal with fourth place. Corradini had but ever won with his two gold medals, the first two medals for Italy at a Ski Orienteering World Cup. In 1996 in Lillehammer, he succeeded in title defense on long distance while he was on the short distance 24. In 1998 he was Korchagin from Russia and Pekka Varis from Finland long distance third behind Victor. In his last World Championship in 2000 in the Russian Krasnoyarsk he was again champion in the sprint.

Corradini won further 19 Italian championships. He is the father of three children and operates a farm in the Val di Fiemme.
