Niederwenigern

Niederwenigern is a town and a district of Hattingen, North Rhine -Westphalia. The former church had about 6,000 inhabitants in 2008. The place is located in the natural unit of the Ruhr layer ribs country.

History

Niederwenigern ( historically: Low Wengern, also briefly called wenigern ) was incorporated in the course of municipal reform on 1 April 1926 in the town Winz.
