Nigel Stock (actor)
Nigel Hector Munro Stock ( born September 21, 1919 in Malta, † June 22, 1986 in London, England ) was a British actor, who has worked primarily in British productions.
Life
Stock grew up in his native Malta and in British India, before the family moved to the UK. He first played in the theater, before starring in the film and television productions to his time in the army and World War II operations in Asia.
Stocks presence was limited almost exclusively to supporting roles, such as in The Lion in Winter and rebellion. His most famous part he played in the Steven Spielberg production The Young Sherlock Holmes as eccentric ex - teacher Waxflatter.
He died of a heart attack in 1986. Floor was married three times, including with the British actresses Sonia Williams and Richenda Carey. From these relations four children.
