Action

Harry Fabian is a provider in New York City lawyer who is considered to be not very successful. He organizes a boxing match, which he hopes to make big money. He borrows the money needed for the preparations at Nasseros Helen, wife of bar owner Phil Nasseros, with whom he has an affair. When the printing on the payment for the posters do not want to wait, Fabian borrows the missing money at an underworld boss, which explicitly warns him of the consequences of non- repayment.

Shortly before the battle is Al Grossman, an old boxer who Fabian helps with the preparations, provoked by another man. The veteran asks the man in the boxing match, shortly after, he dies of a heart attack. Now it has to do with the Fabian captors by his brother Ira Grossman. Roger Ebert criticized in the Chicago Sun - Times on 23 October 1992 the presentation of Robert De Niro and wrote that the character played by him was not intended as a "lover " act. The representations of Cliff Gorman and Jessica Lange, he criticized as " too realistic ", where the story being told was not realistic. The film is not producing the same effect as the previous film. Ebert praised the presentation by Alan King.
