Night sweats

Night sweats as increased, unphysiological sweating ( hyperhidrosis) during sleep can occur in different forms and represent a danger signal, as it may be a symptom of various, even serious systemic diseases. " Abnormally " results in dripping wet hair and a large area drenched sleepwear.

Causes

In addition to mundane causes such as excessive ambient temperature or humidity or nightmares following reasons can be cited:

Particularity

The combination of night sweats, fever and significant, unintentional weight loss is referred to as B symptoms.

Therapy

No specific therapy does not exist, the symptoms disappear after treatment of the underlying disease.
