Nikita Rukavytsya
Nikita Rukavytsya (Ukrainian Микита Вадимович Рукавиця / Mykyta Wadymowytsch Rukawyzja, Russian Никита Вадимович Рукавица / Nikita Vadimovich Rukawiza; born June 22, 1987 in Nikolaev, Ukrainian SSR ) is an Australian football player. The striker is the German Bundesliga 1 FSV Mainz 05 under contract and is currently on loan at second division FSV Frankfurt.
Career
Association
Rukavytsya began playing football in Ukraine with Mykolaiv torpedo. He retired 14 -year-old with his parents in the Australian Perth. In 2001 he went to Inglewood United and Perth SC 2003, where he debuted with 17 years in the State League. Between 2005 and 2006 he was awarded a scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport.
Towards the end of the 2006/07 season Rukavytsya was equipped by Perth Glory with a short-term contract for the games last season. His debut in the A-League he gave on January 7, 2007 with a 2-2 draw against Melbourne Victory. At the end of the season, in which he came to two other missions, he was equipped by Perth Glory with a two-year contract. It was for the first half of the State League season back in 2007 awarded for Perth SC. After a bumpy start to the 2007/ 08 season he scored in the last nine games of the season six hits. This brought him next to a series of fires in the Olympic team Australia also an appeal to the senior team and a trial with German Bundesliga side Hannover 96. After ten goals in 19 games in the 2008 /09 season he completed in January 2009, a trial with Dutch first division side FC Twente Enschede and eventually switched for an estimated 1.2 million Australian dollar fee to Twente.
At Twente he could not prevail in the following twelve months and finally joined in January 2010 on loan to Belgian first division side KSV Roeselare relegation, for which he scored to end of season four goals in nine league operations; the league but was missed in the subsequent relegation matches. To a return to Twente it no longer came after the club refrained from extending his end of the season expiring contract.
For the 2010/11 season Rukavytsya moved free transfer to Hertha BSC in the Bundesliga 2. With 31 missions and four goals he was involved in the Berlin championship win and promotion to the Bundesliga. In the season 2011/12 he made his Bundesliga debut for Hertha BSC, however, was only under Otto Rehhagel for regular players.
Shortly before the end of the transfer window in summer 2012 moved Rukavytsya 1 FSV Mainz 05 in Mainz He signed a three year contract. After only a few uses in his first year, he was loaned to second division FSV Frankfurt in September 2013.
National
In July 2008 Rukavytsya was nominated by coach Graham Arnold for the Olympic football tournament in China and came there to three inserts. In the Australian national team, he made his debut in August 2009 in a friendly against Ireland. In 2010 he was part of the Australian squad at the World Cup in South Africa. During the tournament, he came two appearances as a substitute.
