Niklas Treutle

Niklas Treutle ( born April 29, 1991, Nuremberg, Germany) is a German professional ice hockey goaltender who stands since November 2013 when Red Bull EHC München in the DEL under contract and is eligible to play with a mining license at SC Riessersee in the DEL since 2 January 2014.

Career

Niklas Treutle began his career as a hockey player with the Cologne EC, for which he was active in the German junior league in the 2007/ 08 season. Then the goalkeeper returned to his hometown, where he received a contract with the Nuremberg Ice Tigers, for the 7-2 victory against the Kassel Huskies, he made his debut in the DEL on 23 January 2009. For the 2009/10 season Treutle received a mining license at Deggendorf SC in the big leagues.

End of May 2010 Treutle was engaged by the Hamburg Freezers for two years. In addition, he received a mining license for the Eispiraten Crimmitschau. In January 2014 Treutle who stands in the meantime the Red Bull EHC Munich under contract was equipped with a mining license. This allows him to replace the injured goalkeeper Bryan Hogan at SC Riessersee in the DEL 2. In Garmisch he can also get more Ice Age than in Munich.
