Nikolai Stankevich

Nikolai Vladimirovich Stankevich (Russian Николай Владимирович Станкевич; * 27 Septemberjul / October 9 1813greg in Uderewka, Voronezh province, .. .. † 25 Junijul / July 7 1840greg in Novi Ligure, Italy) was a Russian philosopher and poet. He led in the 1830s, a philosophical- literary circle in Moscow ( which belonged among other Aksakow KS, MA Bakunin, Belinsky WG, WP Botkin, TN Granovsky, MN Katkov, JF Samarin ).

He was under the influence of the German philosopher Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel and Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph Schelling.
