Nina Ruge

Nina Ruge ( born August 24, 1956 in Munich) is a German television presenter, author and journalist.

Life

Initially met Nina Ruge, the age of 17 in 1974 graduated from her high school in Braunschweig at the Ina Seidel school, their career aspirations and became a teacher. She studied at the Technical University of Braunschweig - here taught her father Jürgen Ruge as a professor of mechanical engineering at the Institute of Welding Technology - German and biology for teachers at secondary schools.

Ruge's first marriage was still divorced during her time in the teaching profession after four years. From 1995 to 1998 Ruge was married in second marriage to TV producer Stefan Voss. Since 1998 she has been romantically involved with Reitzle, Chief Executive Officer of Linde AG. She gave as a reason for the withdrawal of people today that she wanted to finally move in together relationship and five years of marriage with her husband after nine years.

Career

From 1980 to 1987 Ruge taught only as a trainee and later as a school teacher at the high school Wolfsburg Kreuzheide. She also wrote freelance posts for NDR (radio editorial Braunschweig).

In 1987, she was on the civil service and moved to Berlin to work in film. She was initially dresser, then script girl, finally assistant director. She received a contract editor at the Sender Freies Berlin ( SFB) and worked in the family and women's program. In 1988 she went to RIAS - TV, moderated the morning show and the evening journal. A year later, she also worked for ZDF. On October 9, 1989 Nina Ruge spoke for the first time as co-anchor the news block in heute-journal. To this end, she took over the moderation of the 3sat broadcast PEP, News Quiz, Classic Cuts, daily conversation and - alternately with Helmut Markwort and Gerd Ruge - the Sunday political talk show Nineteen Ten. She also presented at RIAS TV daily entertainment magazine Boulevard Germany.

Due to the conversion of RIAS TV in German Welle TV, she took over at German Welle TV from 1991 to 1994 weekly moderating the main news program and a political magazine.

In October 1994, Ruge first presenter of the weekday newscast was tonight. From 1997 to 3 February 2007, she hosted the tabloid magazine people today. In summer 2007, Ruge moderated in ZDF own talk show (as Summer representation of Johannes B. Kerner ) under the name Nina Ruge: Everything will be fine. On September 9, 2007, it unveiled a new fashion program on ZDF, entitled nina.ruge.mode.

By mid- 2008, she was the author of the now-defunct Revue. In addition, she writes regular columns ( Reader 's Digest ) and so far has written or edited 16 books.

In September 2010, Ruge had a guest role in three episodes in the German telenovela storm of love.

Commitment

Since 1990, Nina Ruge UNICEF representative. For UNICEF, she was already on project trips in Nigeria, Johannesburg, Romania. Furthermore, it has been committed to ten years hard for the Felix Burda Foundation, such as commercials and print campaigns. Nina Ruge is a board member at " International Children's Camp Villa Sans souci " and moderated regularly for this organization. She is the patron of the " network by and for women with disabilities in Bavaria " and Board of Trustees member of " Prussian Palaces and Gardens " and the " Initiative for Future Nutrition".
