Nine Moati

Nine Moati (* 1938 in Tunis ) is a French writer Franco- Tunisian descent with Jewish roots.

Life and work

Her biggest success was the novel Les Belles de Tunis. So far, however, none of her books has been translated into German. Therefore Moati is really only known in the French- speaking part of Switzerland a larger readership. In Germany Nine Moati is primarily known as a screenwriter. Nine Moati is the sister of the French film director Serge Moati.
