Nishi Shiki
The Nishi- shiki Kenkōhō (Japanese西式 健康 法, Eng. Nishi Health System ) is a comprehensive system for maintaining health and stimulate the body's functions, which the Japanese Katsuzo Nishi (西 胜 造, 1884-1959 ) developed and published in 1927.
