Nixon Kiprotich

Nixon Kiprotich ( born December 4, 1962 in Baringo ) is a former Kenyan middle distance runner who specializes in the 800 -meter run.

He finished in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul over 800 meters eighth. At the Track - Africa Championships in 1989 in Lagos, he won over the same distance in 1:45,71 min and the gold medal in the 1500 meter race in 3:41,51 min the bronze medal behind his compatriots Joseph Chesire and Robert Kibet.
