NK Marsonia

NK Marsonia is a Croatian football club from the city of Slavonski Brod.

History

NK Marsonia was founded in 1909 and renamed after the Second World War in NK Radnički and 1962 in BSK. Since 1992, the club is called again Marsonia. The greatest successes were the three championships in the second HNL and the six seasons in the first HNL. Because unpaid balance of payments Marsonia was excluded in the 2008 /09 season from the operation of the third game HNL ​​East and plays 2009/10 in the fifth division of Croatia.

Stadium

The stadium is located directly on the river Sava and holds 10,000 spectators. The fan base is known as Legija (German Legion ).
