Hamlisch and Bayer wrote Nobody Does It Better as a theme song for the James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me ( The Spy Who Loved Me, 1977), with Roger Moore in the lead role. Nobody Does It Better ( Main Title Song) sung by Carly Simon. The song was nominated for a 1978 Golden Globe and Grammy Award and in 1978 received an Oscar nomination for Best Song.
