Noëlle van Lottum

Noëlle van Lottum ( born July 12, 1972 in Hoogland, Netherlands) is a former tennis player, who played for France. Her brother John van Lottum was also a professional tennis player.

Career

Van Lottum played from 1987 to 1999 on the tennis tour. They won per a single and a double title of the WTA. At the French Open in 1995, she played the longest match of the French Open; after four hours and seven minutes she lost to Virginie Buisson with 7:63, 5:7 and 2:6. Van Lottum also holds the record for the longest single game at a ladies competition; at the match against Sandra Begijn during the Dutch Indoor Championships 1984 in Ede took 52 minutes a game.
