Nogaro Bilbao was a Spanish Hockey Club of Bilbao, Basque Country, who played in the season 1974/75 in the Super League.

History

Due to the Populariätsanstiegs of hockey in Spain in the 1970s, 1974, the first ice hockey club was founded in Bilbao with Nogaro Bilbao. The club was named after its seat, the Nogaro district, named. In the season 1974/75 Nogaro ended the season on a disappointing eighth and thus last place, so that the club was disbanded after only one year of existence again.

The gap left by Nogaro Bilbao in the city, was closed in the summer of 1975, when members of Nogaro founded a new club with a different venue, other financing, and a different name. This new club CH Casco Viejo Bilbao has been in its history six times Spanish Champion and one time cup winners.
