Nokia tune

The Nokia tune ( " Nokia Tune ") is the default ringtone for mobile phones manufacturer Nokia. He is one of the world's most listened to tunes and the most popular ringtone ever.

The Nokia ringtone is a service of bars 13-16 from the 1902 written solo guitar composition Gran Vals by Spanish composer Francisco Tárrega. When the last note of A ringtone is higher by two octaves.

The Gran Vals was discovered in 1993 by the then Deputy CEO Anssi Vanjoki, who selected together with Lauri Kivinen, now the Head of Corporate Affairs, the phrase that was used.
