Nomenclature
A nomenclature ( nomenclatura latin name directory ' ) is a binding for certain areas of collection of terms from a particular subject or field of application. The set of valid names in a field forms a terminology.
In the GDR, as in all socialist countries are designated thus (now commonly known as nomenklatura distinguished ), the responsibility for filling certain positions. There were two levels of the nomenclature: the organs of state and the party.
