Nominal-Group-Technique

The Nominal Group Technique - is a method for idea generation and prioritization.

Similar to the 6-3-5 method are given in a moderated discussion on a specific topic suggestions in written form. These are then grouped and prioritized independently by the participants. The rankings of the participants are added up, thus resulting in an overall ranking of all proposals.

The method was developed in 1971 by André L. Delbecq and Andrew Henry van de Ven.
