Non Din Daeng District

Amphoe Non Din Daeng ( Thai: อำเภอ โนน ดินแดง ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the extreme southwest of the province of Buriram. The Buriram province is located in the northeast region of Thailand, the so-called Isaan.

Geography

Neighboring districts (from north clockwise): Amphoe Pakham and the Lahan Sai of Buriram Province, Ta Phraya and the Amphoe Watthana Nakhon in the province of Sa Kaeo and Amphoe Sang Soeng in the province of Nakhon Ratchasima.

History

Non Din Daeng was on 31 May in 1993 as a sub-district ( King Amphoe ) was established by three Tambon Lahan Sai from Amphoe were separated. On 5 December 1996 he was promoted to Amphoe.

Management

The county Non Din Daeng is divided into three subdistricts (tambon ), which are further subdivided into 45 villages ( Muban ).

Non Din Daeng ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล โนน ดินแดง ) is the name of a small town ( thesaban tambon) in the district, it consists of parts of the tambon Non Din Daeng and Som Poi.

There are also three " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations).
