NopCommerce

NopCommerce is an open source e-commerce solution that has been developed since version 2.x under ASP.NET MVC 3.0. The database server is MS SQL 2005 (or higher) to use. The project is available under nopCommerce Public License V2 and was launched in October 2008 to life.

NopCommerce is a highly scalable, extendable e- commerce platform for small and medium businesses. In addition to the many standard features of e- commerce solutions such as Multi-store, multi-vendor ( distance business), customer management, wish lists, discounts and coupons offers nopCommerce also flexible tax rates and change the language for a multi-lingual environment. Already included in the basic installation is the support for the most popular gateways: Authorize.net, PayPal, Google Wallet, 2Checkout and more. nopCommerce also runs in Medium Trust.

Special features include the functions of the order processing and warehousing, which are otherwise usually found only in an ERP system.

In the Packt Open Source Award 2010 and 2011 nopCommerce was a finalist and was awarded the E -Commerce Award.

NopCommerce is in the top 5 most downloaded applications using the Microsoft Web Platform Installer makes available (as of June 2012). In Codeplex nopCommerce occupied space 16 of the most downloaded application (June 2012).
