Norbert Hof

Norbert Hof ( born February 2, 1944) is a former Austrian football player who played in the position of a defender or midfielder.

Career

He began his career at the Wiener Sport - Club, for whom he worked from 1962 to 1964. In the season 1964/65 he joined Wacker Vienna, but returned in 1965 for Wiener Sport - Club. After four years he left the club again. This time he made his way in the German Bundesliga, where he stood in the season 1969/70 in rows of Hamburger SV. The experience abroad followed 1970/71 a further commitment to the sport club from Vienna before he moved to Rapid Vienna in 1971. From 1976 to 1980 he played one again at the Vienna Sports Club.

Achievements

Twice Austrian Cup winner with Rapid Vienna and 31 other meetings in the National Mission between 1968 and 1975. Doing so, he scored a goal. He made his debut in a 7-1 win against Cyprus on 19 May 1968.
