NORD-1

The NORD -1 is a mini-computer of the Norwegian company Norsk Data in 16 -bit architecture, which was prepared from about 1968 to 1971.

The first NORD -1 was built for the Antikollisisionssysten Norcontrol on the Russian icebreaker Taimyr, where it turned out to be very reliable for its time.

The successors of the system are the NORD -5 and NORD - 10th
