Nordwind Airlines

Nordwind Airlines is a Russian charter airline based in Moscow and base at the airport Sheremetyevo.

History

The airline was established in May 2008 and took in December of the same year the flight operations with an initial three aircraft of type Boeing 757-200. The airline grew rapidly in the subsequent period and other aircraft were eingeflottet. A first Boeing 767 - 300ER aircraft joined the fleet in May 2009. Furthermore followed by a Boeing 777 -200ER in early April 2013.

Destinations

Nordwind Airlines focuses on the charter flight business as well as the wet-lease and is currently operating in the charter flight operations, mostly for tour operators and destinations within Russia, for example, in Greece, China, Egypt, Vietnam and Turkey.

As of December 2013, the fleet of the North Wind Airlines consists of thirty aircraft:
