North Borneo at the 1956 Summer Olympics

North Borneo in the Olympic Summer Games 1956 in Melbourne, Australia with a delegation of two athletes (all men ) at a competition in a sport ( athletics) part. There were no medals to be won. The youngest athlete was the triple jumper Sium 'm Diau (21 years and 46 days), the oldest athlete was the triple jumper Gabuh 'm Piging (24 years and 322 days). It was the first and only participation of the country in the Olympic Summer Games. Standard-bearer was Gabuh 'm Piging.
