North Central Timor Regency

North Central Timor ( Timor Tengah Utara ) is an administrative district ( kabupaten ) in the Indonesian part of West Timor. It is part of the province of East Nusa Tenggara. Here live 229 603 inhabitants ( 2010).
Geography
North Central Timor has an area of 2669.66 km ². Capital is Kefamenanu. The boundary line for the East Timorese enclave of Oecusse is not fully understood at the village Manusasi.
To the west lies the highest mountain with 2427 m of West Timor, the Mutis.
