North Kingsville is a village ( Village ) in Kingsville Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio, United States. It lies on the southern shore of Lake Erie, 90 km east of Cleveland.

Geography

North Kingsville and the neighboring town of Kingsville are the only places in Kingsville Township. Main route is adjacent to Interstate 90, which passes south of Kingsville, U.S. Highway 20 North Kingsville He crosses from east to west and crosses in North Kingsville State Route 193/84 after Kingsville. The village lies at an average altitude of 217 m above sea level. It consists of a center at the intersection of State Routes, a long and loose standing row of houses north of U.S. Highway 20 and several residential areas in a predominantly forestry and agricultural environment.

Population

Of the 2,658 inhabitants ( census 2000) more than 97 % of the population were white. The per capita income was U.S. $ 23,000, 7 % of the population lived below the poverty line.

History

The first settlers in Kingsville Township was Walter Fobes, who came from Connecticut in 1804. The township was established in 1810.
