North St. Paul is located in the northern suburban area of the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul at 45 ° 00'46 " north latitude and 92 ° 59'54 " west longitude. The city covers 7.80 km ², of about 7.38 km ² land and 0.42 km ² water surface spread.
