Criticism

" The terrific in the lead roles occupied and played tragicomedy focuses entirely on the person and their sometimes bewildered faces. A cheerful and melancholy finger exercise in speechlessness and inability to communicate, too convinced by the precise written and played supporting roles the "

" Rarely has a film about a Long hamlet so exciting. Patrick Chesnais fills the lifeless -looking main character with an enormous amount of authenticity. Here, with glances and small gestures more expressed than in other films with a thousand words. Although feature film debutant Stephane Brize succeeded not a perfect film ( many scenes had to be cut ), but with a very interesting facial expressions and symbolism. "
