Nottingham Open

The ATP tournament of Nottingham ( officially AEGON 250 previously also Slazenger Nottingham Open, Red Latter Days Open, Samsung Open and 10tele.com Open) is a British men's tennis tournament.

The competition was the successor to the Tournament of Manchester, was fought from 1995 to 2008 in Nottingham on grass and served as preparation for the tournament of Wimbledon. 2009, the tournament has been replaced by competition from Eastbourne. Record winner with two tournament wins are Greg Rusedski, Jonas Bjorkman, Richard Gasquet and Ivo Karlović. After setting the tournament on the ATP Challenger Tour level were played two tournaments in Nottingham as part of the ATP, the Aegon Trophy and the AEGON Nottingham Challenge.

In 2014, it was announced that the men's competition in Eastbourne from 2015 returns to Nottingham; the tournament will continue to be played on grass, but with an enlarged 48- peloton. As the tournament in Eastbourne is the new tournament in Nottingham held in the week prior to Wimbledon.
