Novaspace

Novaspace is a German dance-pop project, which consists of the music producer Felix J. Gauderfest and singer Jenny Marsala. From the foundation of the project from 2002 to 2008 Jessica Böhrs was the face of the formation.

Career

Initial success and album "Supernova"

The Stuttgart-based producer Felix Gauderfest sat for his new music project a singer Jessica Böhrs from Magdeburg, who has sung in the background of Caught in the Act and Tic Tac Toe. The first single of the band was released in May 2002. The song Time After Time, a cover version of Cyndi Lauper, succeeded in the German Top 10, and was also listed in Australia, the Netherlands and the UK. The second song of the band is called To France and was originally written by Mike Oldfield. With the third single release Guardian Angel Novaspace managed once again an introduction to the German Top 10 The debut album Supernova was released in early 2003.

Ongoing successes

Gauderfest and Böhrs published a year after her musical debut the song Run to You ( originally performed by Bryan Adams), the forerunner of the second album cubes. This then appeared early February 2004 and gained rank 27 in the German album charts. With Beds Are Burning, a song by Midnight Oil from 1987, which gained its greatest success to date the formation. The song reached rank 7 in Germany and rank 2 in Austria. With So Lonely and Dancing with Tears in My Eyes in 2004 published two more singles.
