Novlene Williams - Mills ( born April 26, 1982 as Novlene Williams in Saint Ann Parish ) is a Jamaican sprinter who is successful on the 400 - meter track in both the single drive as well with the season.
Career
Your first major international appearance had Williams at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo in 2003. She was sixth over 400 meters and finished with the Jamaican 4 x 400 - meter relay to second place behind the squadron from the U.S..
