Nowhere to Run (1993 film)

Nowhere to Run is an American action film directed by Robert Harmon with the Belgian martial artist Jean -Claude Van Damme in the role of Sam Gillen and Rosanna Arquette as Clydie Anderson.

Action

The convicted bank robber Sam Gillen is transferred to a prison bus to a detention center somewhere in the Midwestern United States. His former partner Billy, however, manage to free him during this transport, while Billy but is shot by an overseer. In his escape, Sam finds refuge on an isolated farm on which the attractive widow Clydie lives with her two young children. But the rural idyll is deceptive. An unscrupulous financial and real estate shark bullied the young woman and wants to press for sale of their property, to build a recreation area there them with brute force.
