The Lamnso ( proper name Lamnsɔ ') is the language of the Nso people of Cameroon.
A few also live in Nigeria. Lamnso is a grassland language with ten major noun classes. The ISO 639-3 code is lns. This language is still spoken by about 100,000 people.
