Nuray Lale

Nuray Lale ( born March 28, 1962 in Akcurun / Turkey ) is a Turkish-German writer. Her specialist areas include poetry, prose and literary translation - but they also published a novel with Dues sarayim ( 2004).

Also in 2004 appeared Lales transmissions of the Turkish-speaking poetry Şirin Aydins into German in book form. The author, who has also transferred numerous classic Turkish-language poets in the German language, transmits in the Heine 2006, a series of poems by Heinrich Heine into Turkish.

Lale, within the framework of family reunification came to Germany in 1979, the author's reading goes and has acted on a festival of cultures at the University of Bielefeld, where she studied health sciences, with readings of their texts or transfers.

The studied educator and psychologist (University of Dusseldorf ) founded after their graduation in Bielefeld (2001) under her name an institute for health promotion and psychosocial counseling, the statutory health insurance but refused the fees and that they already had to give up again after a year hence. Lale is currently working full-time as a translator and columnist in the local press.
