NUTS of Romania
As NUTS: RO or NUTS regions in Romania refers to the territorial organization of Romania referred to the European " Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics (NUTS)".
Basics
In Romania, the three NUTS levels are assigned as follows:
- NUTS -1: 4 regions;
- NUTS -2: 8 planning region;
- NUTS -3: 42 circles.
