Obadele Thompson
Obadele Thompson ( born March 30, 1976 in Bridgetown ) is a Barbadian athlete.
Thompson has been one of the mid-1990s to the world's best 100-meter and 200 -meter runners. At the 2000 Olympics in Sydney he won the bronze medal over 100 m in 10.04 s over 200 m, he finished fourth.
Also at the 2004 Olympics in Athens, he was back on the small Caribbean island at the start. About 100 meters he reached the finals again, but this time could not win a medal.
